Womens Collaborative Welsh Quilt Workshop

The Women’s Welsh Collaborative Quilt is open to any woman living in Wales.
The quilt squares can be any style of textile creation you wish, as long as there is an element of red, and should be 6×6 inches (with ½ inch hem).
We will have some material, needles and threads to hand, but do bring your own if you prefer.

I am very excited to be holding my first workshop at the wonderful Rainmaker Art Studio in the historic town of Aberdare!
No quilting experience required - you may stitch, knit, embroider... the design and type of textile is up to you.
Each square must be 6.5 inches, with an elemnt of red.
The design should feature a celebration or commemoration or story about you, or a woman you admire, from your family or from history.
